YSRCP MP Balashowry Vallabhaneni: Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) of Andhra Pradesh has suffered another major setback. YSRCP Lok Sabha member Balashowry Vallabhaneni resigned from the ruling party on Saturday (January 13).
He claimed that Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is ignoring him. Vallabhaneni, MP from Machilipatnam constituency, said that he will soon join Janasena.

Vallabhaneni said, ‘I have resigned from YSRCP. I have given information on ‘X’ and I am also sending him a letter (resignation). Vallabhaneni said that Machilipatnam MLA Perni Venkataramaiah (Perni Nani) did not allow him to visit the constituency for the last five years, about which I complained to Reddy several times but the Chief Minister did not respond.
According to the MP, Venkataramaiah did not invite him to official programs. He said, “He (Parni Nani) did not take me with him. Despite repeated complaints to him (Reddy), no action was taken.
Will join Pawan Kalyan’s Janasena
Accusing the local MLA of being ‘highly corrupt’, Vallabhaneni claimed that despite his excellent work, the YSRCP did not encourage him. Amid a flurry of complaints against the YSRCP, the Lok Sabha member said he has decided to join the Janasena led by actor-turned-politician Pawan Kalyan.
Jagan Mohan Reddy’s sister YS Sharmila had joined Congress.
On the other hand, Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s sister YS Sharmila also joined Congress on January 4. He took membership of the party in the presence of Congress National President Mallikarjun Kharge and MP Rahul Gandhi. He had said, “I am very happy with the merger of YSR Telangana Party with Congress. I am very happy that YSR Telangana Party is going to be a part of Congress.
